I think I know what the Beast are up too... Long ago this happened once. The Beast's first apearance. They just about took over. If it weren't for the Bentusi's reluctant help many people would have suffered. They helped a small mining group develop weapons to destroy the the primary Battle heart of the Beast Fleet. They got lucky that time, they had the tactical advantage. But even then the original beast gene wasn't entirely destroyed. Reminates remain and fight even today to take back control. though they have never made a full return. These new Beast have been trying to find their predecessors and the only other original beast ship that was infected through hyperspace travel. the Original beast will join with the new beast and double their knowleadge... this includes some very powerful ship designs. The Repulsor station was the most powerful of all... 1 wave could send a ship flying backwards back where they started and with overloaded systems. If they still have to original Alien beast ship design we are in Serious trouble... although they have never been about to make one because it needs raw Dethurium to contrust the hull. our universe is rich in dethurium... that ship was the supreem Comabt vessel. it didn't infect ships... It ate them. turning their material into energy that could be used for any perpouse. even mass Infestation... the old gene from the second infested ship through hyperspace could have information from their universe on infection techniques. or worse... It is imperative we find this 2 things. the karli and the original beast.
