Welcome to 7 Deadly Sins 2.5 FINAL for the latest version of Sins Entrenchment 1.053.
7DS can only be played at HIGH maximum settings. DO NOT USE VERY HIGH settings. This will cause a minidump. Also, there is an issue with Win7 64 bit. You will get crashes, load errors, or the game will not even play, with or without warning. Just keep reloading the game and trying until you actually get into the game and play. This is a Windows problem, not a problem with Sins or 7DS.

Trader Emergency Coalition- solely based on trade and swarming, with little military might
Corpo-Nations that have rebelled against the Trade Order. Their military might stripped, they have turned to allying themselves with various factions and hiring mercs for protection.
TEC has new Battlecruisers, mercenary contracts, and EMP shells that bypass shields to a small degree.
Trade Coalition Armada- the military arm of the Trade Order
Once the development arm of the Trade Order, they are now the last hope for the Trade Order and humanity. Their ships are bricks with extreme range railguns.

TCA has state of the art weapons on traditional capitalships plus the Dresden and Athena Dreadnought and Beta Kol Titan.
The Orion Unity- modified Orion and Advent Combine
Some Orion split with the Atlantian-Orion Combine to guide the Advent towards their ultimate evolutionary stage. TOU ships are stronger, faster and deadlier; They can even travel between worlds using the Phase Stabilizer technology of the Tempest Titan.
Ship research boosts weapon performance.

DARK FLEET- modified Vasari
The Dark Fleet is all that remains of the Vasari. Where the weak Exodus ran often and fought rarely, the Dark Fleet seeks total dominion through force of arms. Their 5 Titan ships roam looking for prey.
Play style is familiar with greater armor, firepower and destructive potential.

Imperial Armada- from Star Wars
Guided by a clone of General Thrawn, the wasteland armadas of the Imperial Armada can employ powerful Force Alchemical Technology and even unleash the power of the Executor Super Star Destroyer.
Can unlock Jedi and/or Sith Holocrons for performance boost to defenses or offenses respectively -and at the expense of the other.

Rogue Cadre- Playable, custom pirates
Rob, pilfer, and steal your way to greatness. The Rogue Cadre is a melting pot of human cultures, Advent refugees and what remains of the Vasari. They have gathered against the TCA, TOU, Atlantian-Orion Combine and TOC to free humanity from tyranny, mysticism and slavery.
Posess the Precursor Titan and The Machine -the latter capable of capturing capitalships

Arilou Vanguard- UFO race from the Star Control Games
Not being of this dimension, the Arilou do not rely on money and normal means of transport or construction. They simply spawn ships from their "motherships", and travel through Quasispace, which propels them at near instant speeds from planet to planet.

Ur-quan KohrAh Third Doctrinal Fleet- Death race from the Star Control games
Totally aggressive, the Korh-Ah are built for battle. They are all offense, and barely any defense. They focus on exterminating every race and every planet they find, and almost every ship is capable of boming from orbit. Their goal is to "cleanse" the universe of all other sentient life, anything that is not an Ur-Quan.

Ur-Quan KzerZa Third Doctrinal Fleet- Slaving race from the Star Control games
Unlike their Kor-Ah cousins, the Kzer-Za believe in a diplomatic approach, let alone old habits of enslaving entire races into their Hierarchy. They have grown from their 10,000 year old ways, and are more good than bad now.

Atlantian-Orion Combine- the ultimate race, the seeders of life (the gods)
The Combine are part of the original Creator Alliance and responsible for seeding galaxies with genetic data. The Orion are the protectors and defenders until the Atlantian vessels can be fielded. Their greatest strength is their technology, but the loss of labs remove bonuses gained from research.

Taalo Horde- Ancient Rock race, from the Star Control games
As if the universe itself groaned for a protector, the Taalo have awakened from a million year slumber only to find old allies -the Atlantians and Arilou stripping the galaxy of semi-sentient flo-metal. They are the ultimate enviromental defender with a naive sense of justice. They have incorporated alien technology into their asteroid bodies with great results.

Triad of Creation- Ancient Destroyers of Worlds, Galactic Enslavers
The Triad of Creation, the Dnyarri, Antaran and Lapis, seek to eradicate all life in the universe. They nearly destroyed the Atlantian-Orion Combine in the Ori galaxy by turning their creation -the Vasari- against them. They emerged from within the Rogue Cadre taking a sizeable portion of their population into slavery. Their fleets struck the Taalo and Dark Fleet with vessels designed for infiltration nearly crippling the two factions.

Yes yes yoadjla! But i was more thinking in terms of simplicity for making the stuff work ingame, since the moon-orbit thing is already in =P
I guess you could replace the planet with the black hole, and simply have a larger moon-mesh with a planet texture orbiting it..
But then everytime an enemy bombards that sector, he will aim at the black hole, which will look silly to say the least :D

Sweet!!! Can't wait!! What I mean about the bases is the open sectors, where there is only metal and crystal extractors, no planet or asteroids of any kind. Some kind of base or something that could either be build or captured to make it more defensible.

Danman, i have a MAD suggestion I heard you got your new black hole ingame, and when i see that you say it has an accretion disk, i wondered. What is it sucking in?Then i thought... O_O What if you had a very rare black hole + rogue star "planet/zone/whateveryoucallthesethingsinthesamegravitywell"..The blackhole could be orbiting slowly like the moons you currently have ingame, have a nice accretion disk effect tied to it, and possibly your jet effect, but sort of aimed at the center of the gravity well (the rogue star) to give the impression of sucking the gases from the star into the black hole     Man this mod is so crazy, i can easily see it going up to v9.1 lol. Maby another uber rare occurance, where a black hole is near planets too? Perhaps the mini-black holes can be like copies of the moons.That is, bonuses/debuffs on the actual planet, but with a mesh orbiting to give some visual representation as i said above.   Could be something to balance against the over-positive moon bonuses, like -90% planet pop, -30 logistics slots, but +500 damage every second to ALL ships within a certain range.Could be like sort of an unlucky planet, but a nice bottleneck to hold back the enemies I dunno lol, just pitching ideas Love space, love this mod..What does the nebula thing look like??Also, wait lol. Since you got the white main star thing figured out, is there any way you could possibly add a Pulsar?? Oh man that would be so cool.. I suppose the normal wormhole jet-effect would look pretty okay quickly spinning around that star ------------------------------------I'll stop with the crazy ideas now.. By the way, is there anyway i can help on the mod? UPDATE on 2.0 (you know I had to):

I have successfully created a BLACK HOLE as a MAIN STAR. Yes, now you too can have a Black Hole at the center of your Solar System, complete with all the nastiness of my original Black Hole.

Also, fresh from the DANMAN SHIPYARDS, here are pictures of a new ship for the ROGUE, code named, DARK ANGEL. Its an advanced warship, based off of the Warhammer. It should be available for the 2.0 release. Here are some blueprint screenshots from 3D MAX:







This model is courtesy of my partner and friend, HammerSun. He is part of DANMAN SHIPYARDS, and together we will create various new models for use in 7 DEADLY SINS. I hope you all enjoy. This is an open club of course, and all with 3D modeling skill and wishing to help out are welcome to join.

Hey, im a new guy to this modding thing, but I've been reading up on alot of the forums. I've got alot of ideas that I'm willing to share. One thing thing that bothers me about the Atlanteans, b/c of my being a huge fan of the Stargate series, is that it uses the Vasari's ships. i hav seen a couple mods that involve changing the entire look of the ship, but leaves it gray. maybe you can talk to one of those modders about combining it to make the Ancients ships look, shape as well as color, correct. I do hav to say that I love what you're doin with these mods and hope to try it soon. Great job man.

I fully understand. I am a StarGate nut, and hope to include the Stargate mod here someday. But just to clear the air, my Atlantians are NOT the Ancients from Stargate. In my "storyline" in my own little sci-fi fantasy world, my Atlantians are OLDER than the Ancients, and actually the Ancients Ancestors. Since they are really called the Alterans anyway, they were called the Ancients by everyone else. The "storyline" is that the Atlantians came here, to Earth, eons ago, just like in Stargate. Some stayed here, and became the Alterans, and then the rest of the Atlantians left this galaxy all together, on the run from their enemy, the Triad of Creation, ot the TOC for short. (Don't worry, I'll post the entire story line later).
The Alterans then constructed Atlantis, as in the legends, and Stargate. The Atlantians also founded the Advent too, some of their more "gifted" sects. The Vasari themselves are a product of the Atlantians through genetic engineering, with cooporation from the Orions, thier ancient friends (from Master of Orion).

So, I am basically combining our legends of Atlantis, Sci-fi shows, multiple video games, and my own imagination to explain the storyline of the Atlantians, and every other race in 7 DEADLY SINS. Hopefully I didn't loose you...
But don't worry, the Ancients will be in 7 DEADLY SINS, sooner or later..

Even more stuff to come! I am working on the Star Wars merge now...

Nice ship. Tbh though, I think it may look better with smaller, more numerous guns then what it has. Those things look like one hit from one barrel would knock out another capital totally.

you could however have a star which is orbiting a blackhole, being slowly drawn in.

Actually, coming straight out of an astromony class, the only bad thing about a black hole being in the center of a solar system is that it would be dark, unless there is a lot of matter falling into the black hole, thereby it would heat up the matter, providing heat and light. The planets themselves would be ok, unless the star had gone supernova before finally collapsing into a black hole. For example, if our Sun became a black hole today, the Earth would continue to revolve around it for many years to come. It would just be dark, unless of course there was lots of gas falling into the black hole, heating it up and providing light.
Gravity only changes really when you get near the event horizon, after which once you cross this barrier, nothing, not even light, can escape.
So, that being said, you will have to use your imagination if you want that Black Hole in the center of your galaxy. I have had many requests for it, so I provided!

But, in theory, it would work. Eventually however, after thousands in not millions of years, it would eventually "swallow" everything in the Solar System, as it grew bigger, and therfore expanding the Event Horizon.

But, like I have always said before...if you don't like it, don't use it.

But hopefully you will all enjoy my efforts.

Also, as a not about the Black Hole in the center, it would not cause any problems with interstellar travel. It will still function as a Star for that purpose. And, just like my original Black Hole, as long as your ships stay on the outside of the gravity well, they will not be damaged. I have actually made this Black Hole's gravity well bigger, for this purpose, so that the safe area is bigger than usual.

I am glad everyone seems to like the new ship. There are much more to come!

Yes, ManSh00ter, I do agree with this too. Black holes are notorious for actually creating stars, and will go perfectly with a custom map that includes both the Black hole, and my new Star Birth Nebulas, full of brand new stars!
Oh, and by the way, an honor to have you hear. I am a BIG fan of your mod. Your moddeling skills are very impressive, and I can't wait for you to be ready for a release.

Are you planning to make a new race with the contents of the DANMAN ship yards, DANMAN? Because all the vanilla races have 15 ships, it would fit perfectly ;) 

That ship looks like a sick 'n' insane combination between a jet and a battleship :D (from the sea of course)

Im not one who knows much about astronomy, but if the black holes create light and heat, like you say, by sucking up lots of matter, then wouldn't putting several gas giants around the black hole, in a custom map, "provide" the black hole with the matter to provide light and heat to the star system?

Thank you for your kind words. Another race for those ships would fit perfectly, but to be honest I don't know what to do with them yet. I am glad you like Dark Angel, it will make thr Rogue even more deadly.

I like your idea with the Black Hole, and that makes sense too.

BUT - I have experienced a problem with the Black Hole. Everything is fine until a ship goes to it, then....minidump. I am trying to fix it, but if I can't, then it will have to come out. Oh well...it was fun while it lasted. At least the other Black Holes work...

More to come...I am tweaking the Atlantians now...

What DANMAN said, a black hole never actually "sucks" things in, its just a gravity well like any other massive stellar object.
Like when our star eventually swells up gradually to a red giant, it wont just "swallow" or "suck" earth up, earth will still keep going around in orbit, and the orbit will actually be slightly elongated as the star swells up, resulting in a bit more earth-time before the sun has gotten large enough to encompass the earth's new slightly wider orbit.

The only real boring thing if our sun would instantly transform/be replaced by a black hole of equal mass, is that we would live in constant darkness lmao..
Thats one of the main things im annoyed with in sci-fi, how spaceships are always lit up even when they are between stars in nothing but darkness.. The insignificant light from all the stars around surely wouldnt be noticeable =P
And if it was feeding on our star, our orbit would get slightly fracked up, and radiation would cook us :/
But danman, any reply about my Pulsar main star suggestion? :D

What DANMAN said, a black hole never actually "sucks" things in, its just a gravity well like any other massive stellar object.Like when our star eventually swells up gradually to a red giant, it wont just "swallow" or "suck" earth up, earth will still keep going around in orbit, and the orbit will actually be slightly elongated as the star swells up, resulting in a bit more earth-time before the sun has gotten large enough to encompass the earth's new slightly wider orbit.The only real boring thing if our sun would instantly transform/be replaced by a black hole of equal mass, is that we would live in constant darkness lmao..Thats one of the main things im annoyed with in sci-fi, how spaceships are always lit up even when they are between stars in nothing but darkness.. Actually, I would love to do a Pulsar, as I plan on doing a Neutron Star too. BUT, I think the same problem I am having with the Black Hole, I will have with the Pulsar. I think the game is hardcoded so that you cannot have a particle effect where the main star is, and I think that is causing the problem I have not. IF I can resolve this issue, than a Pulsar may be in the works.

Pulsars have a lot of solar radiation. More than Neutron Stars. I think a Pulsar is a rapidly spinning neutron star that emits radiation from its poles due to the magnetic fields constantly overlapping and interfering. Pulsars are nasty. You could have a lot of antimatter regen from one but also slow hull damage to compensate.
