Just Bought

I just bought Sins of a Solar Empire.  My system says it's an invalid win 32 application.  I took it over to a friends house and his computer has no problem starting the setup.  He doesn't have enough processor speed, Memory, or hard drive to run the game..LOL.  The differences in our systems, besides that I have the minimum system requirements, is that mine supports DEP.  I can't turn DEP off either.  Could this feature be causing the error?

from the sound of it, it sounds like a corrupt install.

Did you try to reinstall the game? try a few times and im sure it will work eventually :)

Just on the off chance: is your OS updated to the latest service pack/updates? What about DirectX as well; latest version?

If you can't install from the disc (for any reason), you can alternately just grab Stardock Central/Impulse, register your serial/cd-key, and dwonload the entire game direct from us.
