Members of an Empire like G.R.O.S.S.

You sign up for the metaverse, then you join an empire, Like G.R.O.S.S. and then poof you too will be an overlord.

why overlords are thos big flying things on Star Craft... O wait in Galactic Civilizations? I dont know I always skip them for the excaliber ship.

Anyone with the goal of taking over the galaxy is evil enough for us.
Evil refers to the game strategy, not satan worship or anything (I couldn't handle that junk)

In this game good is evil (playing like you're friends all the while culturally assimilating everyone and moving your dreadnoughts into position for attack)
Neutrality is evil (secretly playing each of the other empires against one another while profiting off each)
Evil is evil (ruthlessness)

All mere game strategies. We at G.R.O.S.S. encourage the evil strategy (being the empire bent on domination and controlling everything) that we are, but do not require it.

Oh and did you register your player name with the metaverse? You must do that before joining an empire. Maybe that's why it didn't work.

I registered, at least I think I did, I thought that was the reason I can now post stuff in the forum

Eric. Metaverse registration is seperate from registration here. You have to register your character name and tie it to your email and name over here. It's easier if you use the same name for both. Lemme check for you over there. BRB

Your name is listed as having no scores so you're in the metaverse (I think) Try joining again. Some were having trouble earlier I think.

I never registered at the Metaverse (I think). All I did was use my e-mail address and name that I used to register here on SDC (or the game itself, I think), when I was prompted to at the submission screen at the end of my game.
