My biggest gripes so far (war related)...

Lemme just say (before I rant) that I built my first Excaliburs last night after survey ships swallowed up almost every ship bonus on the gigantic map.
Yeah...that'll be the last terrar star I ever build
Anyway...usually I've been going for tech or culture wins, but in this last game I decided from the beginning to go military. I have to admit that large scale war does get very confusing. Maybe it's me...but keeping track of my fleet in battle is quite hard. Here's what I would love to see:
1. A full screen fleet tab, showing location, flight path and current hit points/stats. That little map is just way too little
2. Where's my star bases??? I would love for the little map to be able to distinguish a ship from a starbase. I own 27 star bases and it's killing me trying to find them to send my constructors there. I know I can click on the fleet list to the right of the screen...but try keeping track of where you left off 27 times.
3. Why can't ships fly in formation???
4. Why can't we "draw" flight paths so that ships don't always go in straight lines? I would love for them to circle around my cluster of stars.
5. Why can't we select a group of ships (kinda like Starcraft by either double clicking one ship to select all of a similar type, or by creating that cool select box by clicking and dragging?
6. Auto attack should have attack priority...such as go for capital ships first, deployed ships in flight, or planets. Whenever I auto attack...the stupid pilots go for the planet and get creamed when all I need is air support.
7. Losing ships with no morale never retreat. They should either give up or switch to my side!!!
8. You know what my planets need (to be added to military projects)...a big ass stellar MINE FIELD!!! Yeah...that'll keep those enemy ships at bay. When ships get too close...the mines come after you (like in that movie)
9. The destabilize and espionage need to be added onto. Way too vague. You should be able to bribe enemy ships, hire pirates and bandits to go after enemy trade routes, and hell...even hire terrorists to blow up social projects on enemy planets (inspired by Osama Bin laden...bastard)
10. Lastly...ESP needs to be a new tech to research. ESP would help in espoinage and diplomacy for obvious reasons. I think that espionage needs to be greatly advanced in the game. In "real life" there's a hundred times more espionage going on than war itself. WHERE'S MY 007
Umm...that's it.
