Tooltip bug

When you purchase an item and try to mouseover it in the character screen, the tooltip flickers on and off at a fairly insane annoying unreadable rate.

I have the same issue.

To be more specific, the tooltip briefly appears (with sound effect) every time the mouse cursor arrives at a new location over the icon.  If the cursor is still, the tooltip is missing.

It's not an issue that hardware posting will help with, it's an implementation glitch, not a hardware screwup.

 

Hey, somedude, what do those tags mean? I'm assuming that it's for internal classification and easier searching, but does it mean more than that?
