I'd like to start making some good fan movies and spread the word about DemiGod. I have a good PC running the game at max gfx and it looks amazing, especially when zoomed down.
But before I do it, I want to check if were under any NDA. The forums are public so I wasn't sure.
If there was an NDA, they probably would have made sure everyone knew 
. There isn't one.
NDA's are signed LEGAL agreements, so unless they sent you paperwork to sign you are not under a NDA, then you can talk about anything you want. At least thats how it was when I was a tester for another developer.
Yup, no NDA. Feel free to spread screenies and videos far and wide.
No NDA. The idea is that if we're not doing a good job, you're free to flame us publicly. 
You can digitally agree to an agreement like this..
you guys should get the x-fire people to add the beta in their next update, then those who don't want to pay for fraps can make vids for free. => Or is there some other free video proggy?

Seriously, once I get out of college, I will consider moving to minnesota just to apply for a job.
That would be very good to have. I'd love to have more videos available.
Now that you talk about fraps... i remembered i've bought it 1-2 years ago for Dota/Wow Videos :>
but i never really used it much, maybe now THE TIME HAS COME..
