Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

I had this bug yesterday and i've just reproduced it. As the screen below shows it, you can get Structural Transfert II at level 3 when it should be available only at level 6. Not a big deal but worth to mention it. 
I think this one is known already, but still thx for posting it. Its just missplaced
They'll probaly fix it on Beta2
Can't find another post mention it so i'll continue with mine (since it's not yet listed in the bug list made by kryo). Seems that Structural Transfert III is also available too early.
