I have encountered no meaningful problems with running the game, aside from a very few minor glitches

dxdiag report from a working machine

I just wanted the devs to know that the Beta 1 build seems to run just fine on my machine.  To make that meaningful I'm gonna post my system and display dxdiag reports.  Good job so far, GPG, keep up the good work.

Me neither : Beta 1 programme runs fine, fast & fluid ... not one single crash or significant issue.

Pentium 4 (Northwood, single-core HT) > 2.8 GHz

RAM > 2 GB of Kingston PC 3200 DDR 1 (not dual-channel)

Video > GeForce 6800 (AGP model w/ 512 MB vram)

Drivers > nVidia 175.19 (May 2008 : certified)

Sound > Creative SoundBlaster Live ! (2002 drivers)

OS > Windows XP / SP 2

Best settings > Stretched window on 1440 X 900 desktop for a 19-inch widescreen, no V-sync, no shadows, no AA, high textures, high detail.

I'm in the same boat, everything's been running smoothly. In a way, I've been somewhat disappointed that I haven't had more meaningful performance-related feedback :)

Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3GHz

2 GB of RAM

GeForce 9600GT (512 MB, nVidia 177.83 beta drivers running at 1280x1024)

Onboard sound, XP SP3

Settings are all set to high with 4x AA and I haven't had any performance problems.

Same here. I wanted to make bug reports :'( .

Core 2 Duo T8300 @ 2.4 GHz

3 GB of RAM

Quadro FX 570M

Driver Version: 7.15.0011.0145 (English) (Just realized this is probably old, it's from 6/25/2007, oh well it works).

Vista SP1 (poor, poor, pitiful me)

Settings are almost all on high, no AA, can't wait to get on my desktop (8800GT >> FX 570M, and more performance everywhere else).
