We're not talking about people I can't connect to. Ping works fine. They can see and join my games. But I can't join games. Ever. Whyyyy
Hamachi is NOT supported, so I doubt they will look into this unless they start getting bug reports for problems on Impulse.
You cant join their games but you see them or not?
Of you cant see their games read the sticky about using hamachi, if you can see them and not join them .. no clue 
most people didn't open up ports udp 67 and 68 in their firewall yours are open so they can join yours theirs aren't so you can't join theirs
ur hamachi version is shit nuff said i had this same problem with like 8 of my friends when trying to work WC3TFT once we downgraded to 1.0.1.0 everything works perfectly
