The Permafrost II Buff for the demigod displays "+ 30 mana/s" when it should display "60 mana/s"
Looking at the file under HEMA01FrostAura03, it appears rank 3 Frost Aura is simply not applying (mana regen aura or not). Even after fixing that though, the second rank would give +45 mana regen, not 60 as said in the tooltip.
HEMA01_Unit.bp line 199 needs changed from 'HEMA01FrostAura02', to 'HEMA01FrostAura03',
line 204 needs changed from 'HEMA01FrostAura01', to 'HEMA01FrostAura02',
In game the skills list:
Rank 1: No Buff
Rank 2: +30 /s
Rank 3: +60 /s
Apparebtly you do not get a bonus if you get rank 3, other then slower foes...
Considering rank 3 isn't being applied at all, I doubt you'll get slower foes either.
