If I wanted planets to build 1 constructor, 2 military crafts and a colony ship, it would involve a lot of clicking on each planet.

Could a user defined item be added so if I set the Military build to "Mr Ford" that planet would do the business. (This already happens with the Social build queue)

This way, I can set planets doing nothing to build a set of constructors etc.

There are a couple of ways to do something similar. There isn't a military queue governor. You can click on "Military" from the governors screen and change all planets from one military build to another. This includes changing any planet building Nothing to building Constructors.

Also, from the planets list, you can click (maybe right click???) on the military build status bar (the one that shows how many turns left to build a ship) and that will bring up a drop box of ships to convert to. This saves a bit of time going through all of your planets. This has to be my favorite screen (but then again I love the cities screen in Civ3 as well).
