(Bug) No heart beat

I notice that when health is low there is no heart beat to let you know to get out of there.

Anyone else notice this??

Myes, at ~20% health it went off with the pulses of red.

Yes it was there i am bad about not watching health i use this as a tool to let me know when to Run LOL.

in the previous beta it was queued at 30%. i don't know what value it is now, as i haven't yet downloaded 1C.
