Little problem with self-made icons - wrong Thumbnails

Hello!

At the moment I'm creating a new Icon Package for my Windows XP - not without Problems...

Normaly Thumbnails-Size for icons in Windows XP is 48 x 48 pixel like tiles-view?!

When I'm taking one of these icons (Size 16, 24, 32...128 Pixel) which are shown well in Thumbnails-View into IconDeveloper and save them without any change of size or else, the Thumbnail-View becomes 16 x 16 pixel.

With Microangelo the Thumbnails-View-Size becomes 128 x 128 Pixel.

How can I save multiformat-icons (16 to 128 Pixel), that appear with 48 x 48 pixel in Thumbnail-View?

Why? Can I change this? Must there be something considered when I save the Icons?
