Torch Bearer Double-Cast

I can initiate a second incidence of Rain Of Ice (or whatever its called) by designating a target that is out of range for the spell, then re-using the ability before the storm has occurred. Worked with the tier 1 ability.

Sometimes I got a double-attack, similar to this bug. I shot one missile, but it did two consecutive amounts of damage. Frost form.

EDIT: Silly me, it was the Mojind's Gloves ability.
