Need uber tower at spawn to prevent spawn camping

I think there will be a lot of changes in Beta 2.  If there are not, you can't prevent someone from doing a dick move if they really want to.  That said, if there are not changes after thursday, we'll have to talk on this some more.

I think if a player is in a position to spawn-camp an opponent, they've done well enough for themselves that winning the game is only a matter of wearing down the opponent's citadel. i.e. the game is already over in most senses. A surrender button might save some time though.

Yah I mean why would they camp when they could just kill it then finish enemy. Game is over if they can camp.
