CANT LOG IN!?!?!

ive had impulse for awhile now and have been with the demigod beta since it started, but for some reason when i try to log in on the in game prompt it tells me i have either entered my account information incorrectly or i dont have an account. i have doubt checked me information and keep trying to but it still wont let me log in...... and help would be great guys

Have you tried resetting your password, etc?  There was an update today that caused me a little grief, but a restart fixed it.

Do you have Demigod associated with your Impulse account?

I have the same problem. I had impulse send me my login info to my email, and I doubled check that, but still nothing. For this log in I use the user account I use to log into impulse that has my demigod account on it right?
Am I missing a step? Is there a special thing I need to do to attach demigod to my impulse account? (I launch demigod from impulse so I didn't think there are any extra steps)

I got it to work. =)

One time I was exiting demigod and noticed my virus scanner saying demigod was trying to connect to the internet. I allowed it to connect and after that I could log in. ^^

I use trend micro, so if anyone else has this problems make sure to put demigod on the allow list, because the beta appears to have conflicts with it.

In case this info could be useful :

My Stardock nickname, for many years, has been CyberMage. But that is not what I must enter to log in. My Impulse account's name is my complete email address : ***** @ hotmail.com .

That whole email address is what I had to type-in to log into the Demigod lobby. There, I was identified as CyberMage.

I would not generalize : that's what I had to do to get in.
