[suggestion] add option for citadel creeps to upgrade with time only
There should be a setting in the game options to set the creeps at the citadel to upgrade with time only like it was in beta 1. Right now the game is whoever upgrades the citadel 1st wins. I think that the creeps should be even and the strategy should lie in who can defend their creeps while killing the other creeps. This setting would be particularly useful when playing against the ai because the ai does not upgrade its citadel in a timely fashion.
