(Support) Sucks

For those of us who are having problems and have posted and sent in error reports the support has been piss poor. I played beta 1 without issue now I cannot get past the light vs dark screen I see my windows desktop.  I send in my error report to GPG, post here and in IRC but the support from stardock and GPG is frustrating.

Is anyone working on this issue?

Anyone have any idea's?

I know but it is frustrating since Beta 1 ran so smooth and I had so much fun playing ya'll and now I cannot get beta 2 to launch.

Well, at least you could play beta 1. I'm still waiting for them to fix the game so you can play it even if you have non-english letters in you local folder path... :(

You don't get "Support" in Beta.  You send in bug reports and suck it up.

 

Alternatively, just wait for release if you don't have the temperment to actual beta test a game.

What do you mean temperment idiot!!!  I launch this game a couple times a day to send in an error report to gpg even though I know I will be booted to desktop. So am I wasting my time NO!!! I am helping the community you on the other hand can't read and are stupid kid who should shut up and go play with yourself

Wagnard I can set up a game or join any game it is at the light vs Dark screen after the launch countdown then no error just a desktop with do I wish to send GPG an error report!!!

did you try uninstalling and reinstalling?    I had an issue on the starting match loading screen there when beta 2 1st started, and that fixed it for me.   I couldn't repeat the issue, so I left it alone.
