[Suggestion] Enemy Item Build

I didn't like how you could do that in dota. Mayb a graphical effect for artifact shop items but everything else you should work out yourself.

i would understand implementing the ability to see the items in a replay, or while observing a match, but while playing.

xept if they would implement an item that let's you look at items of enemy's at close range. it should take up an item slot aswell.
