[Bug?] Upgrading citadel seems unresponsive

I find that often I am repeatedly unable to buy upgrades for my citadel. Even though I have enough gold, a high enough war rank, and the icon is highlighted, clicking on it has no response (except the noise plays). Often when this happens, I will find I am able to buy one of the other upgrades instead. The mouse cursor does change from the pointer to the other thing when i hover over what I want to buy.

I'm not sure if this is down to lag, or the clicking translating onto something in the main view instead, or something else. I'll post again if I manage to find out anything more.

Perhaps someone else on your team has already bought the upgrade, so you can't?

I just had a game where this happened my allie purchased all the other upgrades available then we could buy the one we wanted in the first place. Seems stupid.

Having played another couple of games since posting, I think that sometimes not being able to buy upgrades that show as available happens when resolution is set to 'windowed'.
