I can't connect to Impulse

Hello, i have a big problem that i can't access to update of demigod and the beta because impulse say that i am offline. When i delete demigod to relauch,  impulse say me that my email adress is invalid but is valid. I dont understand where is the problem but i am very furious against this stupid program, i bought this game but if i cant access to the beta is problably my last stardock games that i buy.

That's why it's a beta. We're testing for this kidn of thing.

Could you tell us more about your Internet connection, what version of Impulse you have, what OS you're running, hardware?

I have Vista, adsl for my internet connection.

For my version of impusle i have the version before the 2 nd beta because i cant connect to impusle after with this fucking problem of adress email. Please help me

You're still not giving me much to work with.  I guess you'll need to contact [email protected] and they can go through the iterations of getting the details from you. Good luck.

Something running in the background could be interferring with Impusle connecting. This can be caused by extra 'security' apps, like SpyBot, AdAware and the like. Even some anti-virus applications can have their own 'spybot' functions, and Firewall settings.

Check your system (SysTray) for any of these 'watcher' type programs and try to turn them off, then launch
Impulse, and watch the bottom left of the window, when it is done connecting, you won't see any text there,
and you should then be able to access.
