[BUG] Cannot log in

Tried and tried again, checked my account details and successfully logged into Impulse with the same details Demigod keeps rejecting.

 

Failed to log in. Please make sure that your username and password are correct, or that you have an Impulse account.

 

Comes up every time I try to log in.

 

I'd really love to finally be able to play QoT....

I come from Germany, maybe germans can't play the Demigod-Beta? I don't know :D

I've just suddenly started getting this myself now.  I logged on fine just an hour or two ago but now it gives me the old password/username error you guys got :/

Posted in another topic already but same problem here. We even tried creating my brother a new account but can't log in with that account either. Both accounts work fine in Impulse itself though.

After messing about a bit I got it working again.  I suspect it's because I changed one or two of my details, so if you've changed any of those since you made your account, you might want to try shifting them back as doing that worked for me :3

Hi.

This problem occurs, when your email address from billing is different to your impulse account address.

In this case you have to email [email protected] for merging your too email addresses.

They can update your email address, however, they will need more information for verification purposes. They require at least two of the following: your full name, address at the time of your last purchase with Stardock, order number, serial number, or Stardock.net password.

I can confirm that solution. Already needed my email changed so I've send them an email change request last Sunday.

My email was changed today and to my happyness I was now able to log into the game :)
