UI things, Rook, etc

First off I'd like to say the new UI is pretty sharp, the only real issue I have with it is that its still hard to get a mouseover of a flags capture progress when a lot of stuff is around, I do like how it puts it up at the top right however. I'll just have to get used to watching that.

The functionality of the ~ key brings up life bars above friend and enemy heads, which is a great functionality, but it seems that every once in a while a grunt, or even a Demigod, will fail to get a lifebar above their head.

One thing I did notice that really kinda bugged me was with the Rook ground target hammer (which I am <3s for) is that the "minimum" range imposed on it is kind of absurd. Also when selecting the skill and mousing under the feet of the Rook the moho-log spams about 100 times a second "Can not find pointer".

 

I think the menu/connection/whathaveyou errors have been covered but these are issues I feel are fairly important to gameplay.

They have killed the Rook with the ground attack he cant anything. I understand that he needs to be balanced however he is on the cover and most people will play him first. Please fix this i am lost with out the rook. I miss my tank

Rook is still very viable, I like the ground attack hammer it adds some fun to playing him. I have no problem landing hits with him occasionally... it certainly gives added bonus to use teamwork to land the powerful hammerslam.

We just got to get use of it.

Tho. the ground attack need some tweaking. I saw him done some weird thing before he can hammerslam the ground...

I would say I think I prefered the old targettng system. But maybe if they squash out some little bug with the new ground ill want to keep it.

I think We should me able to click even on our foot fot doing it. Let the circle be more a direction when we hammerslam too close of ourselfe. If far away, let the rook run for it.

Anyway im still able to kill with it righgt now. Its just... it doesnt fell natural. I fell like i must hax the game control to have a corret it.

I feel the same way Wagnard, I don't like the minimum distance in it's current state. If you click to the side outside of minimum range the Rook will turn into that direction which sometimes puts the point you clicked inside the minimum Slam distance, at which point the Rook's pathing AI goes nuts and no hammer slam.

If the Rook could hammer slam at his feet I would be happy :)
