[issue] Camera Panning

So since I downloaded beta 3 my game (in game)  Camera pans to the right automatically all game.  

-It stays still if I hold A (pan left)

-It moves left if I mouse edge left AND hold pan left button

-I restored defaults

-I created new profile

-I uninstalled reinstalled

-pressing t takes me to dg but then pans right

-right lcicking picture goes to dg but then pans right

-IF i have chat box open it doesn't move (no letters are typed)

-I've tried holding down A while game loads

-It still happens if keyboard is unplugged

-I've tried different resolutions and graphic settings.

-I've tried different mouse edge on off settings

I'm pretty much stumped.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Much luv to the DG betators.
