[Possible Bug] Favor Points

First of all, let me apologize for not being able to find posts, as the search still does not work for me. I've seen a thread about this somewhere, but I can't find it; the Favor Points and Achievements.

 

If you earn points in one sitting, the points groooow, but as you reset the game, they go away. Why is that? Or is it just something to earn while playing until you stop?

Just a bug in Beta 3.  You are supposed to keep the favor points you earn from game to game.

Gotcha, I was wondering about that. What exactly are they for? I know I'm all ignorant and things right now, but I've only been following the game for a month or two.

Oh in the game on the bottom right of your toolbar is the Favor Item slot.  Click it to bring up the Favor Item shop to spend your favor.  Once an item is purchased it stays available.  Either buy a new item to use or click one that you've already purchased.  You can use one favor item per game and can't change your item during a game.
