[BUG] UB's Foul Grasp

If Foul Grasp interupts someone casting, that ability will reset it's cooldown timer as if it had cast. This is like UB has a silence ability.

I think is right. The skill states that "stuns" the target.

That's what stuns are for, as in mage slayer 40% 0.2 stun. What could stop an 0.2 stun? just an spll being casted...Mage Slayer.

Stun also stops attack animation, so if you have huge ASP like UB you can even prevent enemy demigods to attack you.

Yeah this isnt good for skill depented heroes like torchy but its good for 1 click ur dead ub

Must put a cooldown on this stuff, as well as in Regulus MAIM.
