I don't know how the game chooses which player to award all kills to, but I don't recall it ever being me ( I only play with AI's ). Also not necessarily the player who got the last shot at the citadel.
I don't understand your question. No kills are awarded to Demigods unless those demigods do the killing. Once a citadel falls, however, the victors get a 700% or so boost to damage, so you can get a couple of kills in between fall and endscreen if you time it right.
yeah right after the citadel collapses.. thats the time to pull out some Aoe spells( though you should only need 1)
got triple kill once with bat swarm.. i though i was pro.. then i found out about the damage boost a week or so later... id still like to think that i perfectly planned out when everyone would have enough hp left for me to kill em all....
