[Bug] Decreased cost upgrades still require you have the base price handy.

1) Choose the favor item Magical Coin Purse.

2) Go to the citadel with 540 gold.

3) Try to buy one of the War Rank 1 upgrades (which are listed as costing 540 gold).

4) Note that you can't purchase any of them even though they are listed as costing 540 gold.

5) Get up to 600 gold.

6) Purchase one of the upgrades.

7) Notice that you were only charged 540 gold.

Been this way since Beta 2.  It has been reported 5 times now by my count.

Lucky Number 5.  Since lucky number 4 didn't work.....  Oh and Lucky number 3 just let us all down. 

Yeah Search realy needs to work, but you can go to google and do a seach and end it with "site:forums.demigodthegame.com" Such as http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Magical%20Coin%20Purse%20site:forums.demigodthegame.com

Nice tool to use, not the most  upto date, but it helps a little.
