Maybe to late to impliment... but I'll share anyhow!

The many time that I've played this game I found it to be pretty fun but there are a couple of things that I think would make the game a little bit interesting.

1. I feel like you should have to control your demigods stances.  Meaning Defend, neutral, and Attack mode.  Defence would give you a bonus on armor, ect.

2. I think you also need one more layer.  Yes you have upgrading your fort and yes you can power up your Demigod...  But what if there were something like battle points within the game.  Something like you get 1 pt for every 50 low level units killed, a point for killing a Demigod and so forth.  To spend your battle points you would have another Tree stucture (one for Dark and the Other for light)  Anyhow, they would consist of simple powers like a radius heal, 50/50 attack and armor bonus, something a little more dangerious like meteor shower or God's light, respawn structures or build defence.  All of which would have limited time casting....  But if you save them up...  well you could cast them all at the same time and really hurt your opposition.  It may just turn the favor to the loosing side.

Anyhow, as the game stands now it's pretty fun!  But once you get to a certain stage in the game it's like the snowball effect and there is nothing you can do to come back.  Which in turn is going to ruin the game for a great online exsperience; everyone will leave on the first sight of defeat or they will just dissconnect.  It's almost as if there is no hope from Mid to Late game.  In most RTS', when you are behind you can play smart and work your way back into the game.  This game does not have that, sorry!

1. Stances: I don't see the need for that added complexity; you already get the same gameplay effect by spending your money on armor (defensive) vs gloves (attack) vs mixed (neutral).

2. Layer: Basically two experience counters and another skill tree, but why?  If both sides get it, it won't favour the losing side just like that.

As far as I understand, this is very, very intentional.

Gotta agree with Grapefriut, sounds overly complex.

It is definately possible to have a comeback victory, the thing in most cases there is proably a reason you are losing.  If you know the right things to do and execute them, you can make a come back, howerver if you did those in the first place you wouldn't be losing.

I'm fairly comfortable with the momentum in the game right now.  I played a game the other night where our opponents came back from a 10 kill deficit.  That's pretty good balance.

It seems to me that there should be one more layer.  Those were some examples.  Plus in late game wouldn't like to see a massive creature of some sort to drop from the heavens to create a push in your favor?
