wont let me update

i havent been able to play for the last 2 weeks due to school and work but i tried to update it today and it says my serial number is invalid..... anyone know how to fix it or having the same problem?!

If you were in the beta, as it sounds like you were, for legal reasons stardock cut beta access for the week leading up to release. You will get access again om Monday if you were in the beta, Tuesday if you are a newer pre-order.

No we don't. It was originally planned for beta participants to get it on Monday, but Gamestop threw a wrench in the works by breaking their contract and selling Demigod early.
