Stardock Store Failed Payment Notification‏

Got a mail called "Stardock Store Failed Payment Notification‏" that told me that my transaction has been declined.

But the thing is this the already took the money some days a go what is wrong  ?

A few days ago it just did a pre-auth ....didn't actually take the money...today they actually charge it and take it....

but mine hade been charged from them "alest i think it was them it was the right amount" like two days ago

they whant to make me pay twice ???

Seglet, they didn't charge you two days ago; the authorization went through and your bank put a hold on the funds.  Basically...


User:  Gives account info

SD: "Calls" bank to see if card is valid

Bank:  "Oh, yes, that card can be used in that ammount" "And since you're getting ready to charge it, I'll just put a hold on the funds..."  (NO FUNDS TRANSFERED at this time)

User:  "Oh, look, they charged me!"  (Because a hold has been placed, the funds look like they've been taken, but they haven't.

ahh thx for you exp . but one thing what do i do now then  ??? the say that its a failure.. ??

You'll probably need to contact the bank if you are sure that every bit of info was correct. (Address, card name, etc.)
