SUPPORT: Can't logon to Demigod

Problem: You load up Demigod, click Multiplayer, choose Internet, and type in your Impulse User Name and password and the game does not accept it.

Most common cause: You purchased the game via Impulse with a different email address (i.e. different account) than the one you're using.

Solution: Merge your accounts: https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

Second most common cause: You created a second Impulse account some other way. Solution is same as above.

Hehe. yes, I reinstalled the game after the uninstall :P.

I downloaded Impulse from the link added in the email I recieved. I then downloaded and installed the game through Impuls.

The problem for me is definetely not on my end, but on the game's. I checked and double checked that I was using the right e-mail address and the right user name and password, and even re-registered the game. The server response is not timing out for me because the message pops up immediately. This is not a problem on my end.

I was able to login before the Day 2 patch, now I can't :(


Will try the abovementioned solutions and let you know if I come up with anything.

 

And no I haven't created more than 1 impulse/demigod account or anything :(

I played demigod this evenig. But now im unabale to login. The dialogue says my password/username is incorrect. But this is with out a doubt bullshit. I played few minutes before, game crashed (in 5 of 10 button actions), then i relogged and now im unable to do it. I reactivated the game but nothing happens.

Same problem here. 2-3 hours ago i was playing demigod and now i can´t login with my username and password.

But i have nothing change username and pass was saved ..........

If your having problems with Passwording, HIT enter not login.

 

Type name and password then hit the ENTER KEY  Do not hit login with the mouse. I have no idea why this works but it does.

Same issue, login and password failed, happened just after game crashed in mp, Acridon enter key didnt work for me, just same thing over and over again (however it did bring up multiple username and password errors if hit multiple times)

Thanks to Stardock Support my login problems is now solved.

 

I have two registered accounts on Stardock as mentioned before since my PayPal email is different than my other email.

So I had problems with logging in and even merging the accounts didn't work.

 

The issue was that for some reason I had another email listed under my email.

Stardock Support merged them and I am able to login successfully now.

I just logged in as well. A couple of hours ago it didnt work but now when I am planning to go to sleep I can login :P.

I wonder if it will still work tomorrow :D

 

I did send support an email though. But I havent recieved a reply yet. So I dont know if it is because of that

A friend bought two copies of the game, and i paid for one of the serials. i only need my serial, not his. i don't think the merge can apply to this. I've sent an email to support, but i have not gotten a response yet. Did not expect one yet though, since i live in Norway and the support is based in the US and there is a vast time difference X(

well i got the beta patch and after a fatal error i can not log in anymore i tried changing it under Community > account > login but the new one does not work either.

I'd really love to get this sorted the normal way without resorting to a chargeback, because Stardock failed to mention that if I buy two copies at the same time I can't give one to my friend...

the same thing just happened to me.  i have only one account.  everything was fine until the game crashed, and after that i couldn't log on.

Having the same problem here as well it seems. The game started crashing on a regular basis since the latest patch, but first time tonight that it prevented me from logging in.

Sadly the game crashed and I can't' log in again.  This is the second time it happened.

 

I'll have to go to sleep, wait a couple of hours and then I'll get to relogin.

I can't access multiplayer, I bought a retail copy of the game and registered it with Impulse, I only have one account with impulse, and as such I am stumped on what to do next.

same issue as Nu Fenix above, got the retail box off pre-order yesterday, installed then registered demigod to the only account i have, and get the invalid username/password error whenever i try to play over the internet... does anyone know what is causing this? (or how to fix it?)
