Hey, just got my collectors edition copy of demigod home, and I can't find the serial number required by Impulse to download the update. I've tried every number in the damn box. Can anyone give me an example of what it is supposed to look like or where I should be looking?

have you tried on the back of the manual?
It should look like this;
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
6 groups of alphanumeric characters, no letter O's or I's
