Just a bump to see if anyone else is still having the issue, and if/how they resolved it? Today I called 7+ times to there 1-888-StarDock and all I got was answering machines everytime..... I sent an email in early yesterday and still have not recieved anything 24+ hours later except an email stating they just got off there holidays. This is starting to look like DarkFalls release, if anyone was with that - but I did not buy darkfall (phew).

Snoopy has you been copying and pasting the key from the online purchase? When I went to activate my code, it would not working when I copied it from my email, but when I used the clipboard option from impulse (right clicking on the game and clicking on view registration) and pasted it into the verification it passed with flying colors.
I could not find the "View Registration" when I right click from any Tab on Impulse
. And no I didnt copy the cdkey its on my 2 disc set that I got with the collectors edition
This is how I would register , I would double click the game which would ask me if I want to register it, I say yes - then enter my CD-Key + Email.
