Can't get into a pantheon game

I've played sucessesful custom games, but cannot for the life of me get in the pantheon tournements. I've already configured my router, so I'm not sure what else it could be..

I get stuck right at the finding players part, and I let it sit there for 30 min at one point so..

Any ideas?
