How does one go about getting a refund for this game?

Disclaimer:  This is not a troll topic or flame bait or a topic about bashing stardock or demigod.

I just want to know how one goes about getting this refund that Stardock offers for games that do not work on your computer.  This game does not work on my computer. It wont even start. I've tried every fix on the support forums.  Nothing has worked for me. I'm tired of wasting my valuable time trying to get this game to work.  I just want to know how to get my money back.  In a few months if the game works and people are saying good things I will come back, but right now that money could be better spent on a game that I can play.
