What is the biggest thing you do not like in this game so far?
For me, it's the 2-3hours matches. The back and forth. It's REALLY boring and gets so annoying! I loved DoTA because I could just jump in when I had some free time, play a 10-15min game and be off to work or back to studying. I was hoping this game would be as fast paced as that =(
You played 10-15 minute games in DOTA? LOL? What type of DOTA did you play? EasyMode?
With DOTA I was always use to the 40-60 minute game lengths, and scheduled accordingly, always leaving a slight bank of time for those 80 minute stalemates.
The biggest gripe I have with this game so far is the emersiveness...there's just not as much THERE as DOTA, not that we should be comparing the two, but yea...I don't get as hooked to this, and with only 8 options for Demigods, it's not as interesting. The builds don't seem to really provide the same output as other item based grind games I've played, and the general macro sense just is confusing...overall though it shows promise and I hope I get involved in it more.

i havent seen a singleplayer game over 1 hour.. nor have i seen a multiplayer game go much over 30 mins (with skilled players)
Well, there are ways to speeding up the games, such as game speed, ex rate, and game type. My biggest gripe would have to be... that it is too addicting =D
thats my gripe too.. god help me when online is viable.. and i can actually look at my stats etc.. i'll be playing far too much.. its addicting as hell just on hamachi
This is so funny I dont really have anything to say but.... 
DoTA only lasted 10-15 minutes if the entire team left after they didn't get first blood. Otherwise a fully played game lasted a good 40+ minutes.
I disagree. Playing with good players, by the time you reach the 30min mark you or your enemy is already through into your base, leaving about 5 more mins for the last hard push and then it's game over. I've never had a match last more than that.

once you get a bit more experience, guitarxe, you'll probably find that online games last between 15-30 minutes, on average. A very close game with skilled playes can last 45 minutes. More than that and you are just farming AI and left the game on while you went for a beer ^^
My biggest gripe so far is that Impulse friends aren't automatically imported to the ingame friendlist
