Serial Number INVALID? Help

Well, like it says. I'm trying to update my Demigod, and since I must register to do so, I'm trying. I type the nuber ( -s and all, just like it says) and it says my email OR Serial number is invalid. I just registered with Impulse and I've tried restarting, doing it through the game, etc. But nothing works. Help?

Drop an email to [email protected] and we'll get you squared away.

We're going to need a picture of the serial number.

Sending this on the first email will save you a lot of time.

That seems like an odd request, but ok. I guess that works.
