DemiGods current state?

Im thinking of buying Demigod it looks amazing, im just worried because im a competitive player and I really only look at the multiplayer aspect, is it working fine? I see so many different posts about technical things and i understand the gamestop incident and how its p2p, is it currently running well online?

Forget abou the gamespot incident. Well at the moment they are having problems with the online connectivity so I would wait a few more days before getting.

Can you usually host in other multiplayer games and get players?  If not, you may want to hold off.

Buy it. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with the game - its awesome. There are some network issues but Stardock are pulling out all the stops to get that fixed ASAP.

I'm not gonna lie, there are alot of issues currently, however every game I've played has been very enjoyable. As a former c&c 3, wow and cs:s player I have alot of competitive spirit and it has that in bucket loads, just may take some time to iron out the things that are currently bogging us down from getting games that work.

If you aren't sure I say go for it, I've been playing even with all these problems and despite them I still can't stop coming back to it every couple of hours to play a few more games.

I would not sweat it, I have no doubt Stardock will fix and the've been very upfront acknowledging the issues and releasing the patches. Current state from what I can see is Multi is still being worked on so I don't Thinks it's 100% yet, however I have not tried since today's patch.

It is awesome and there are things wrong with the game... I picked it up two days ago and still cant play online.

Id give it a few weeks before you pick it up.
