Achievements?

Is there a difference between offline and online Achievements? I had quite a few singleplayer Achievements with Erebus over the past couple of days, but just after I played a Pantheon game, it seems like all those AChievements are now gone. Along with all the Favor points and items. Is it segregated between the two? How do I get back to the singleplayer side with all the Favor stuuf?

Dude this just happened to me... I'm pissed! Stardock... you are starting to fail! Singleplayer and Multiplayer should not be the same as fas as achievements! I spent time trying to get a few of those in singleplayer... only to see them dissapear because I tried out ONE multiplayer game! I cant even use my rewards that I have been using! This is lame. This game needed far more testing! I like the game over all but... there have been way to many issues since I got the game and its only been TWO DAYS! Please explain!?

Oh and my other issues are: The crash upon load up, the freezing black screen, freezing upon multiplayer launch, and now this Achievement issue... (Now I must thank you for the latest patch, that helped most if not all of those issues but...) Whats up with the achievement thing!???
