Grayed out hotkeys

Some of my Camera hotkeys are grayed out so I can't change them and I can't change other hotkeys to the ones taken by the grayed out ones.

This is very annoying since Q, W, E are very good keys to bind to something else then moving a camera.
Others have the same issue and is it possible to fix ?
