Ever since the game was released a lot of people have been having problems to connect to mulitplayer matches. I know that Stardock has been working to fix the issue, but some people are still having problems. Most are trying to find different ways to play multiplayer, Hamachi is one of them. Another alternative is Garena.

Not everyone wants to wait longer then they already have to play Multiplayer. People have already opened threads suggestion for support for Demigod and there is quite an amount of people who want it supported. You have to register to post on the forums and whether it was worth it you'll just have to wait and see. Atleast give it a shot.
