1. I bought Demigod with a different email than my stardock account, but registered it on my account and successfully installed.

2. I attempted to do an internet game, using the old email, the new email, and my account name, all without success.

3. I went to https://www.stardock.com/accounts/ and changed the account email to the new one, which was the one I bought Demigod with.  Afterwards I tried all three logins ingame again, without success.

4. I wonder if maybe my account having a space in it caused problems.  I went to the account management site and removed the space from my username (although at this point I noticed the page title had been "Account Setup - Unknown User" the whole time.  I try all four logins afterward (now including the username without a space) without success.

5. I wonder if maybe a different account name is set up, so I request my username and password to be emailed for me.  I receive an email titled "Stardock Network Registration (Stardock Forums)" from "Stardock Forums Registration <[email protected]>", but its entire text is an error message (System.Net.WebException: Unable to connecto to the remote server, followed by part of a stack trace.

At this point I've tried everything I can think of.  Is there something I am missing?
