incorrect username/passwort

Hello.

I get the false username or passwort error (i use my impulseaccount name, tried the emailadress too) and im sure that my passwort is correct. I purchased online with the emailadress of my paypalaccount and registered demigod at another email adress. I tried to merge the accounts like mentioned in the FAQ, but i get only 1 email and not both to confirm.

Can someone help me please?
