[BUG] ImpulseReactorOptions.exe should mention port 6073 is required

Apparently this port is needed to be open when creating a lobby, and you can't change it.

Port 6073 is a port that is used by DirectPlay8 and is used by most games that uses DirectX. It's not a special port specifically for Demigod.
