Favor Point Issue in Internet/LAN Play

I played several lan games/skirmishes and 8 favor items unlocked and a couple hundred remaining favor points. I logged in and played online and everything zeroed out... Now as I build up favor items, they seem to randomly become unpurchased. Sometimes I have negative Favor points. Sometimes the game says I won 120 favor points and I only get 30. This seems very buggy. Are favor items supposed to go to "unpurchased" status after awhile? Or are they supposed to stay purchased forever after you buy them? How does one get negative Favor Points... even when I lose matches it says I at least get 10. Anyone else having issues with this?
