Let's say The Rook was fighting on the dark side, he should have darker bricks and maybe red mortar.
Or if TB was on light, his armor could be gold or silver.
The demigods appearance should reflect what side their fighting for in skirmishes where they jump to the other side.
I like it, actually to be truthful i wish we could slightly customize our demigods... perhaps choose the color of our demigods or at least choose from some predetermined color choices. just to mix things up a tad bit =]
There were a lot of cool suggestions back in the day about this.
I wish it would happen, but I doubt it will

Well, I mean you CAN choose your color, if you have empty slots and you occupy the slot that you like
but a drop down list, and some extra colors would be very nice. And something similar to the Army painter from DoW would be nifty (and probably easier to implement since it'd be for individual demigods rather than the whole team, though a lot of the nice details might have to be toned down to translate well with that, not sure)
I loved how you could customise your entire army in Dawn of war , would be nice to be able to do the same with the demigods .
I think it'll come, but let's face it. It's not a priority right now. I just hope the frog takes notes
