No, in fact having a dual monitor doesn't help very much, because you can't scroll to the direction of your other monitor without it slipping to the other monitor, but this presents no problem as I used WASDQE for camera manipulations.
This problem exists in this game even when it's not using the 2nd monitor for anything, which is why I ended up switching to WASD

As much as having the 2nd monitor would be a nice thing to see, I don't see much use for it, maybe as a minimap? Honestly I turned the option on in SupCom and eventually ended up turning it off because I found it drained too many resources and wasn't that useful overall.
