Cant Even Start Up

I recently purchased Demigod and installed it on my Toshiba Intel Centrino Duo Laptop. The Installation was perfect but starting the game up is a different issue. Everytime i start up Demigod i get a BlackScreen that says Demigod then it shuts down. It gives me an error message: "Could not Create Direct3D". Does it give me this problem becuase my graphics card is an intel graphics card or is it a game problem? I really enjoyed the tutorial of the game and I would like to enjoy playing it, I also can not return the game since futureshop does not accept opened pc games....Someone Please HELP!!!!I dont wanna find out i wasted 50 dollars ):

Intel Graphics chipsets are not supported.  This is most likely the issue.  Please see the system requirements here:
